There came a point in my life when I realized that becoming the woman I envisioned would not happen by accident. I could no longer rely on hope, potential, outside validation or vague desire. I needed intention, structure, and a deeper commitment to designing my identity, standards, and the life I wanted to live. I didn’t grow up having positive role models or mentors available to help me navigate life; as a child nor as an adult. I tell people that I feel like I’m a cat; I’ve lived so many lives and have endured so many things that each life event, required a different version of me. I didn’t realize I was slowly chipping away at my old self; the self everyone was used to. Each time also required a different mindset. But I had no idea what powerful transformation was taking place.

After this “Aha!” moment, I put together a visual, interactive playbook that would mold and shape me through the “seasons” of my life. Not a vision board or a long list of things I thought would make me the woman I wanted to be but a strategic self development plan that forced me to analyze where I was currently from every aspect of myself and build small habits that I implemented daily. Then little by little I noticed things began to shift. My mindset was different. I presented myself differently. I started taking care of myself differently. I was no longer on the back burner. I felt as though I was shape shifting. I became a Certified Personal Trainer ( lost over 50 pounds) and a Certified Nutrition Coach (NASM - National Academy of Sports Medicine) because I couldn’t trust the information online. Social Media had taken over. So I went to the source for the knowledge and invested in myself.

I had designed and built myself into a force with strategy and intention.
The Intentional Architect™ was born from that playbook. I allowed myself to be angry. Sad. Confused. Optimistic. To cry. I allowed myself to have AUDACITY. I allowed myself to be authentic in all of my glory! It reflects the work of rebuilding from within, refining how I saw myself, raising my standards, and becoming more deliberate about the life I was creating. Now, I help other women do the same by guiding them through the same processes of intentional self-development, personal elevation, mindset shifts, and aligned transformation.
