4. Private Client Application Requirement

A completed Private Client application is required before an individual may be approved to purchase The Intentional Architect™ Blueprint Premium Experience. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to approve or decline any applicant at our sole discretion.

5. Payments

All purchases must be paid according to the pricing and terms presented at the time of purchase. Most offers are sold as one-time payments. IA Social CLUB™ is a monthly membership and may involve recurring charges until canceled in accordance with the terms presented at checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and account information. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, change pricing before purchase, or refuse transactions when necessary.

6. No Refunds

All sales are final. There are no refunds for any products, services, memberships, coaching experiences, wellness plans, events, or digital materials unless otherwise required by law.

7. Memberships and Events

IA Social CLUB™ is a community-based membership. Membership details, billing terms, included benefits, event access, and cancellation terms will be presented at the time of enrollment.

Private clients may receive access to one free private event per year, as described in the applicable offer details. Non-private clients and other attendees must pay the applicable event fee to attend IA Social CLUB™ events unless expressly stated otherwise.

Event registration fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify event dates, locations, guest capacity, features, or programming as needed.

8. Coaching, Community, and Materials

The Blueprint Premium Experience may include 1:1 coaching calls, community access, supportive downloadable materials, and one free private event per year. Access to these benefits is personal to the purchaser and may not be transferred, shared, copied, or resold.

Community access may be revoked for behavior that is unlawful, abusive, disruptive, harassing, threatening, dishonest, or otherwise inconsistent with the standards of the Company.

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through www.theintentionalarchitect.com and any related checkout, application, invoice, event registration, or membership enrollment operated by Mayafa Media Group LLC.

1. No Refunds

All sales are final. There are no refunds for any products, services, coaching, memberships, wellness plans, events, digital materials, or private experiences unless otherwise required by law.

2. The Intentional Architect™ Blueprint

Purchase of The Intentional Architect™ Blueprint is final and non-refundable. Because it includes proprietary digital and intellectual property materials, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be granted.

3. The Intentional Architect™ Blueprint Premium Experience

Purchase of The Intentional Architect™ Blueprint Premium Experience is final and non-refundable. This applies whether or not you fully use the coaching, schedule calls, access the community, download supportive materials, or attend the included private event benefit.

A completed Private Client application is required before approval to purchase this offer. Approval does not alter the no-refund policy.

4. ©Body Strategy Studio Wellness Plan

Purchase of the Body Strategy Studio Wellness Plan is final and non-refundable, whether purchased separately or received as part of another offer.

5. IA Social CLUB™ Membership

All payments made toward IA Social CLUB™ are non-refundable. If the membership is billed monthly, cancellation will stop future recurring charges according to the cancellation terms provided at enrollment, but no refunds will be issued for charges already processed.

Failure to attend events, participate in community features, or use membership benefits does not entitle you to a refund.

6. Events and Mixers

All event, mixer, and private gathering tickets or registration fees are non-refundable. This includes IA Social CLUB™ events and any related gatherings hosted under The Intentional Architect™ brand.

Private clients may receive one free private event per year as part of their Premium Experience. This included access has no cash value, is non-transferable, and does not create any refund or credit if unused.

If we cancel an event, we reserve the right to offer a rescheduled date, credit, or alternate solution at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.

7. Chargebacks

By purchasing from us, you agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting us in good faith at mayafamediagroup@outlook.com to attempt resolution.

If you initiate a chargeback after receiving access to digital materials, services, coaching access, membership access, or reserved event capacity, we reserve the right to revoke access and pursue any remedies available under our agreements and applicable law.

8. Exceptions

Any exception to this Refund Policy must be made expressly in writing by Mayafa Media Group LLC. If a separate signed agreement contains more specific refund or cancellation terms for a particular offer, that agreement will govern for that offer.
